APPLICATION RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. The minimum age to participate in the program is 18 years.
2. In order to participate in any of our program it is indispensable to have medical insurance. If the student already has one valid in Spain he/she must include a copy within the application documents. Otherwise the student must check the appropiate box in the form and the organization of Cursos de Español para Extranjeros will process one of his/her behalf and current market prices. It is the student responsability to make sure he/she has a valid insurance.
3. In order to reserve a space in any of the courses, the student has to pay through bank transfer 50% of the tuition. Once the program begins the remaining 50% will be paid the first day of the course. In the bank transfer the student will state very clearly his/her name and the name of the program to wich he/she applies.
4. Cancellation and rembursement policy. More than 30 natural days before the beginning of the program 50% of the payment made. Between 30 and 15 days before the beginning of the program 105 of the payment made. Within 15 days before the beginning and during the program 0% of the payment made.
5. If a student request and application certificate in order to apply for a student visa he/she automatically declines any reinbursement after the certificate has been issued.
6. In case of inappropiate behavior or disobedience to local laws, the organization of Cursos de Español para Extranjeros de la Universidad de Extremadura will reserve the right to exclude any student of its program and report to competent authorities
7. Cursos de Español para Extranjeros de la Universidad de Extremadura is not responsable for any external contingency . Thus, it reserves the right to cancel any programmed activity in case of a major event (incluye not reaching the minimun numbers of participants requires for its normal development). In any case, if an activity had to be cancelled. It will be replaced by another one of equivalent interest or, ultimately, its price will be reimbursed.
8. The organization is authorized to include the student in audiovisual material for promotional and educative purposes.
